Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact Built Vivid LLC, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the project details you choose to provide. If you allow optional analytics, we also record an anonymous visitor session, pages viewed, referral hostname, and basic browser information. We maintain aggregate daily visit totals that contain only a date and count. We do not store a raw IP address with visitor sessions.

Cookies and preferences

We use a first-party, HTTP-only preference cookie to remember whether you allowed optional analytics. Its random identifier is stored only as a one-way hash in our database, and the preference expires after 180 days. This cookie is necessary to remember your selection so you are not asked on every visit.

If you allow analytics, we use a separate first-party, HTTP-only session cookie to distinguish one browser session from another. It is not used for advertising, expires when the browser session ends, and its associated database record is marked to expire after 24 hours. Administrative authentication cookies are used only when an authorized administrator signs in.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide requested services, improve this website, and meet legal obligations. Built Vivid LLC does not sell personal information.

Data retention and security

Anonymous visitor sessions are marked to expire after 24 hours and are removed during routine cleanup. Aggregate daily visit counts may be retained for long-term trend reporting because they do not identify individual sessions. Cookie preference records expire after 180 days. We retain inquiry and client information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, and security purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can allow, decline, or later withdraw optional analytics through the Cookie settings control in the footer. Withdrawing analytics deletes the current visitor-session record and cookie. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
